THE STORY BEHIND SPE
DEVELOPED IN RUSSIAN HOCKEY
Ivan Popov’s hockey background spans the SKA St. Petersburg academy and SKA-1946 in the MHL, Russia’s junior hockey league. He earned the Candidate for Master of Sport rank in Russia and was selected to Russia’s U16 national team.
Years in this demanding environment established the principles behind SPE: disciplined preparation, technical precision, and consistent work on and off the ice.
